Galaxy K series combines study of astronomy, genetics and bacteriology and multi-disciplinary knowledge in applied mathematics, geometry and mechanics to show a number of shrunken universes and amplified cells. This series embodies complicated connections among social phenomena and multifarious entanglements of social relationships. Through Galaxy K series, the artist tries to present a contemporary oriental cosmology, which emphasizes unity of heaven and man and connections among all things, including connections between macroscopic and microcosmic things, connections between substance and consciousness, and connections between science and philosophy.
